If you are considering a destination for your stag weekend, and are considering having it at home in England, then Nottingham is well worth considering as a possible idea.
One of the main issues you should take into account with your stag weekend is how easy it is for people to to get to the location. Nottingham being bang in the centre of the country, makes it extremely accessible for people coming from all around the country, and not only has excellent rail and motorway links but also has east midlands airport just a couple of miles away.
Nightlife:
Nottingham's evening entertainment is well renowned as one of the most lively in the country and with over 250 bars, clubs and restaurants located either in or a short distance from the city square. If you are looking for something a little bit trendy then there is a fine range of clubs and bars in the old lace market area,
or alternatively you can go towards canal street and have a superb time in some canalside bars which keep open till the early hours.
Daytime Activities:
Nottingham has a massive range of daytime activities that will keep any stag weekend happy. From rally driving, to paintball, quad bike racing, archery, clay pigeon shooting and karting, there is something to suit all tastes.
Nottingham Stag Accommodation:
Nottingham has a wealth of new hotels, which are extremely accepting to stag weekends, and you can usually get a excellent hotel without costing you an arm and a leg. Most of these hotels are excellent standard 3* hotels within a short distance of all the evening entertainment, so you don't have the additional expense of having to pay for taxi's.
All in all, if you are considering a destination for a stag weekend, then Nottingham should be near the top of your list.
